  • The video has no picture!
Most of the videos need an additional Codec.
You can either:
  • Download and install the codec; restart your media player and it should work.
-or-
  • Install a program that comes with all needed codecs. VLC media player is freeware and available for Windows und Mac OS X.


  • How do subtitles work?
There are two ways to play a video with subtitles.
  • Put the srt-file (contains all the subtitles) in the same directory; both files need to have the same name (except for the file ending)! Then:
-or-
  • install VobSub and open the video file using your favorite media player.
